Clean, Inc. has a proud history—spanning four decades—in the building maintenance industry. By combining the technical abilities of its service personnel with the experience of key personnel with strong management skills, we deliver exemplary customer service and satisfaction. We customize the building service program for each site to address the specific needs and concerns of that client.
Our janitorial programs include trash removal, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, lobby maintenance, high and low dusting, furniture cleaning, and more.
History
Clean, Inc. was founded in 1969 by Loretto Desjardins, an interior designer. At that time, the D.C. suburbs were experiencing a building boom and a construction company with which Loretto had an existing relationship wanted to make its model homes more appealing. Loretto offered her services and Clean, Inc. was founded.
As the number of residential condominium and rental apartment communities increased in the 1970s, Clean, Inc. grasped the growth opportunity. By concentrating on cleaning the common areas of condominium and apartment buildings, the company developed a niche market. Clean, Inc. continued to grow, earning the business of many residential condominium and rental apartment buildings in the Washington, D.C. area.
Since its founding Clean, Inc. has developed a sterling reputation for quality service and business integrity. Its managers believe that careful, diligent supervision is the key to quality service. The company has zone managers who maintain close contact with their assigned properties and property management staff. These zone managers act quickly to resolve any issues that may arise at a property.
