    • Defined contribution 401(k) retirement plan for all employees who have completed one year of service. Participants may make voluntary contributions up to maximum allowable by law. Company makes a matching contribution of up to 4 percent of the employee's compensation.

    • Noncontributory profit-sharing plan for employees at least 21 years of age after completing one year of service. Contributions to the profit-sharing plan are discretionary and participant contributions vest 100 percent after four years employment.
